The Dream BIG Scholarship was created with ambitious, media, and journalistic African American undergraduate students in mind. This scholarship provides $1,000 tuition assistance to Indiana & Kentucky collegiate students who embody academic achievement(s), leadership qualities/community involvement, and need for financial assistance.

Application Qualifications + Requirements
Who is eligible: African American full-time enrolled undergraduate students pursuing a four-year media related degree.

2.8 cumulative high school or college GPA required

Pursuing a four-year degree majoring in:

Must be enrolled full-time in an institution in the state of Indiana or Kentucky prior to receiving scholarship.

Submit a maximum two minute response in your concentration form (video, photo, audio, etc.), or a two page essay answering prompt, “Why I chose my college major and my career goals post graduation.” Please express all academic achievement(s), leadership qualities/community involvement, and any financial hardship.

Established in 2019, Relle•A•Vision Multimedia Production Co., is a revolving source that provides creative content as imagery marketing tools for small brands and businesses, and captures memorable moments for individuals. Founder and Creative Director, Shirelle Williams, MS, started Relle•A•Vision as the solution to a hardship finding a full-time role in her desired industry and location, and to showcase her skill sets. Shirelle is also a Media Relations Professional and Journalist, with years experience managing media outreach and writing articles for regional publications. She holds a Masters Degree from Bellarmine University in Digital Media, and BA Degree from Western Kentucky University in Communications Studies, with a Minor Broadcast Journalism.
